Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aaradhya Props Studio, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our clients.

 

1. Booking Advance

To confirm your booking slot, we collect an advance payment of ₹750. This ensures your reservation is secured for the selected date and time.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • The advance amount is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled slot time.
  • Cancellation must be communicated through our official WhatsApp chat.

 

3. Refund Deductions

  • While the advance amount is refundable, payment gateway convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

4. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled slot will not be eligible for a refund.

 

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are typically initiated within 24 hours after confirmation of cancellation.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • If informed at least 72 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate a new slot without additional charges.

 

7. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (failure to attend the booked session without prior notice), the advance amount will be non-refundable.
