Welcome to Aaradhya Props Studio. By booking our services or visiting our studio, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Services

• We provide services such as baby photoshoots, maternity shoots, baby showers, and themed setups.
• We do not provide any movie or OTT subscriptions/accounts. Any media playback or setup will be done using the client’s own OTT accounts or downloaded content.

2. Booking & Advance Payment

• A booking slot is confirmed only after payment of an advance amount of ₹750 plus applicable convenience fees.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Age Policy

• Couples below 18 years of age are not permitted to book the studio.
• Children above 10 years are considered full chargeable guests.
• Children between 3 to 10 years will be charged at 50% of the applicable rate.

4. Identification Requirement

• Carrying a valid Aadhaar Card is mandatory for entry.
• The ID may be verified and scanned at the time of entry for security purposes.

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests:

• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly not allowed inside the studio:

• Party poppers
• Snow sprays
• Cold fire devices
• Any similar hazardous or messy materials

7. Damages & Liability

• Any damage caused to the studio property, including but not limited to props, decorations, balloons, lighting, furniture, or equipment, must be fully reimbursed by the guest.
• The studio reserves the right to assess and determine the cost of damages.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to deny entry or terminate services in case of violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with studio rules.
