01. What services does Little Ones Sambrama offer?
Little Ones Sambrama provides professional photography and cinematography services including maternity, newborn, toddler, kids, family, pre-wedding, and event photography.
02. Do you offer maternity or pregnancy photoshoots?
Yes, we specialize in maternity and pregnancy photography sessions, capturing beautiful and memorable moments for expecting parents.
03. Is newborn and baby photography available?
Yes, we offer newborn baby and toddler photography sessions with a comfortable and safe setup for little ones.
04. Do you provide family photography sessions?
Absolutely. Our family photography sessions are designed to capture timeless memories with your loved ones.
5. Is an appointment mandatory?
Yes, appointments are mandatory as we work on scheduled shoots and slots are subject to availability.
6. When should the advance payment be made?
Once you finalize your preferred date and time, an advance payment is required to confirm and block your slot.
7. What is your refund policy?
A full refund of the advance amount is applicable if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled slot.
8. Are washrooms available at the studio?
Yes, all Little Ones Sambrama branches have clean and well-maintained washroom facilities.
9. Are kids chargeable for the photoshoot?
Children below 3 years are not chargeable. Kids between 3 to 10 years are charged half the applicable rate, while children above 10 years are fully chargeable.
10. Do you provide movies or OTT content during sessions?
We do not provide movies, shows, or OTT accounts. However, clients may connect their own OTT accounts or phones via Chromecast. We assist only with the setup.
11. llegal/Prohibited contents are not allowed. We do not take any liability for such cases.
Customers must not stream any content which is illegal/prohibited as per Indian laws. We will not be liable for any consequences that arise out of violation of this condition and we will not allow such customers to book with us again.
12. In case of any technical interruption from our end, appropriate refund will be provided.
If there is any failure in working of the projector, laptop, internet access or sound system - we will reimburse the paid amount after deducting the rent for the period of time before interruption.
13. You are responsible for your belongings.
We will not be responsible in case of loss of personal belongings of any nature. Customers must take care of their belongings.
14. The booking period includes set up and check out time
Customers must vacate the theater along with all their belongings on or before the end time.
15. Couples below 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theater
Aadhaar card/DL is checked for all bookings and underage couples are not permitted to book. Minor group bookings are permitted.
16. Customers will be liable to pay in case of any damage to the theater caused by them
If there is any damage to any of the technical or non technical item in the theater including the walls, lights, seating, etc. the customers will have to pay for it.
17. Cleaning fee up to Rs 1000 will be charged in cases where significant cleaning would be required after check out
In cases where cleaners would be required to clean the garbage, left overs and other wastes after the customers check out, the customers will have to pay appropriate cleaning fee.
18. Restricted consumption
Customers are not allowed to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance inside the theater. Appropriate action would be taken against such customers.
19. What about food and beverages? Is outside food allowed?
Outside snacks allowed.

21. Are Decorations Customizable?
Decorations will be as per the photos and videos shown in website. Essential customization and personalization like Neon Lights, LED Name Board, etc. will be done as per the chosen occasion.

22. Are Kids Chargeable?
Kids above 10 yrs of age are fully chargeable while those between 3 to 10 yrs are charged half the rate.

23. Which movies or shows can we watch? Can we play our own videos?
Yes, you can connect your OTT accounts or phone through Chromecast and play content of your choice. Please note that we do NOT provide any movies or shows or OTT account. We just do the for you using your own content and accounts. We don't support pendrives and laptops for casting watching movies.
